Outlook Keeps Sending the Same message

Here is an post about how to stop Outlook from repeatedly sending the same mail.

Basically, Outlook gets confused over where the sent folder is full or not, when really it is NOT full.

Creating a new profile fixed the problem for some users;  be sure to import email from the old profile and skip the "sent items" folder. This is where the corruption lies.
