Proxmox VE (Virtual Environment) has become a large part of the Richweb ecosystem. The HVENS Cloud built by Richweb runs on Proxmox and many other robust Richweb customer environments are happily running on Proxmox. Proxmox (PVE) has extensive functions for virtualization based on Debian under a convenient web interface. With PVE, even the most demanding Windows and Linux workloads can be virtualized without any problems. Proxmox Backup Server complements Proxmox VE with a fully integrated and powerful backup solution including deduplication. Richweb is your one stop shop for building a secure, performant and future-looking virtualization, containerization and storage architecture for your business. From helping plan your VMWare migration to scaling existing Proxmox infrastructure, we would love to help with your projects.

Proxmox VE Clustering and Storage
Richweb offers multiple clustered solutions for customer's to choose from when replacing their hypervisor and storage stack. We offer Dell or HPE nodes of varying sizes and performance for the PVE Hosts. We typically use Blockbridge SANs, CEPH, or ZFS based storage, depending on the customer's needs

Proxmox VE Single-Node Server
For the SMB segment, we offer powerful single-node server solutions based on the latest single- and dual-socket Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC platforms. We deploy "single" node solutions typically with a second node running PVE + Proxmox Backups that replicate to HVENS Cloud for ultimate SMB resiliency at an excellent price.

Proxmox Backup Server
Richweb offers managed and unmanaged hardware backups appliances based on PVE + Proxmox Backups Server. Proxmox Backup Server delivers enterprise-grade, open-source backup and restore capabilities for virtual machines, containers, and physical servers — combining speed, security, and simplicity. Its powerful deduplication, encryption, and verification features ensure maximum data efficiency and reliability.
Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server Subscriptions
Proxmox Virtual Environment is licensed under the free software license GNU AGPL v3 and can be downloaded, used, and shared free of charge. A support subscription for Proxmox is suggested by Richweb for all Richweb customers. If we manage your equipment, we do require some level of support subscription determined by your SLA, so we can provide the service you desire.
With a subscription, you gain access to the stable Proxmox Enterprise Repository and technical support directly from the developers. The Enterprise Repository provides stable, thoroughly tested software updates and important security patches — a valuable asset for maintaining a reliable production environment. You also gain the ability to create support ticket with Proxmox, with varying SLA levels. This helps provide the enterprise assurance that many people assume comes with open source solutions.
